Acro Media is looking for a confident and organized manager for one of our production teams. As the successful candidate you will:
- Motivate a team of Web developers, software programmers, and graphic artists.
- Manage business development for a portfolio of about 50 clients.
- Effortlessly juggle multiple projects and tasks.
- Make it all look easy.
Perfect for natural leaders who thrive on a heavy workload, this position carries the responsibility for ensuring that:
- All work is delivered within the established scope.
- All project costs stay within the allotted budget.
- Clients are kept up-to-date on project progress.
- All client expectations are set, managed and met.
Your other duties may include:
- Strategic planning and business development for existing accounts.
- Web development brainstorming and planning.
- Improvement of internal processes.
Your education and/or experience must include:
- Creative, business or marketing education – particular degree/certificate not necessarily important, depending on your experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in account management or project management.
- Team leadership experience.
- Competent understanding of Web design, publishing and new media.
Evidence of one or more of the following will tip the odds in your favor:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience with business and marketing analysis or strategic planning.
- Understanding of marketing and brand management.
