Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group

Frustrated with the inconsistencies, disorganization and shortcomings that faced a travelling critical care nurse, Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group (aka Trinity HSG) was founded to help individuals and organizations: healthcare professionals find job opportunities and minimize the difficulties faced when dealing with issues surrounding a relocation; and organizations find the right healthcare staff.

   

The Trinity HSG site redesign reduced the daily costs of the recruiting process from a business point of view. This was be done by improving the Web site’s functionality and by giving Trinity HSG the ability to generate more qualified leads (versus outsourcing this function to another company). Trinity HSG is being positioned as the go to firm for nurses looking to travel.

The site redesign is built around the Drupal CMS platform and included the integration of a legacy database of jobs/employer/employee. Additional features (interactive Flash map, search functions etc.) meet the needs of the target markets two main audience groups: nurses and healthcare institutions (including nursing administrators).

Naturally, we poured our hearts into it—and still take care of them.
