MailBox includes two components – a front end opt-in / opt-out / broadcast module, accessible by email or Web, and a back end Web-based management tool:

Front End

The front end tools can be used by visitors to your organization’s Web site to subscribe or unsubscribe from the mailing list(s) offered by your organization. Examples of mailing lists that your organization may wish to offer include those dedicated to a particular product/service, newsletters, company news, and/or investor relations.

Back End

The back end mailing list management tool is used by your organization to add, edit, and remove mailing lists, as well as manage the recipients for your mailing list(s).
